Historic Tile Roof Restoration

Rain Defense was tasked with restoring the roof of this historic San Francisco building.  Safety barriers ensured protection from debris while a preschool continued to operate below.  The original tiles were removed, repairs to the substrate was made, a high-performance water barrier was layed, and the original tiles were re-installed- all while keeping on budget and on schedule.
