Mike Terry President & Sales In addition to being the founder of Rain Defense, Mike serves as our primary sales representative. Mike entered the roofing and waterproofing industry in 1988 at the age of 21. In 1996 he earned a BS in Economics with honors from CSU Stanislaus. He also minored in Organizational Communications. Mike has managed several large Waterproofing firms including Able Roofing and Just Leaks and has designed over 2 million square feet of waterproofing systems. Dianne Berg Office Manager Dianne came to Rain Defense in December of 2007. She handles most of our critical day to day functions including bookkeeping, Payroll, A/R, A/P and customer support. Dianne is the president of the Board for her home owners association, Fountain East in San mateo. In that role she was a customer for many years. Dianne states: I was very impressed with the integrity and quality of Rain Defense and was thrilled to have the chance to join the Team last year!
